CASA RAINBOW is a charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Sitges, in the very center. The beach is only 1 minute walk away. The apartment has capacity for 4 people. A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is in perfect condition and tastefully decorated. The windows are double glazed and prevent any type of noise from entering the apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom were renovated, some small lights have been placed that give the apartment a very warm atmosphere. Who wants to enjoy the town of Sitges 100% has found the ideal apartment. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - The tourist taxes required by the SItges City Council must be paid (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

Check in is at 3 pm. Arrivals after 9 pm have an extra charge of 30 €. Arrivals after midnight have an extra charge of 50 €. Early check in is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Additional information

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
