Description of the property

Charming apartment in the heart of the port. This two-story apartment is located in a very privileged and special area of Sitges, this area is the port of Sitges. The port has a lot of life during the day, its terraces have an atmosphere and all the restaurants offer excellent food for all tastes and prices. The captaincy tower is the most characteristic building of the port located a few steps from the apartment. The apartment is comfortable and practical. On the ground floor, there is a small living room with a sofa bed and two single beds in a bunk that bends and closes against the wall. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with an air conditioner. The bathroom was renovated two years ago. At the top, we have a fantastic rooftop to enjoy the picturesque views of the streets of the port. An idyllic space to relax and have a glass of wine. At nightfall, you can feel the sea breeze and you can feel a bit of air. You can hear the soothing noise of the boats on the boats that serve the masts of the boats. This apartment is comfortable and perfect for couples or families with children.

Check in Time

Check in is at 3 pm. Arrivals after 9 pm have an extra charge of 30 €. Arrivals after midnight have an extra charge of 50 €. Early check in is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
