This elegant and bright three-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet street in the center of the city, a few meters from the most prestigious and elegant shopping streets of Sitges and just a five-minute walk from La Fragata beach.

Located on the second floor of a traditional building, this apartment with a capacity for 6 people is a wonderful option to relax and enjoy the best of the city. The living room is warm and colorful and invites guests to unwind after a day exploring the neighborhood, with a comfortable green sofa and two leather armchairs adding a touch of modern elegance to the interior. It is the perfect place to share a drink or coffee with famiy and friends.

In an almost open concept style, we flow smoothly from the seating area to the spacious dining room which boasts a large outdoor terrace overlooking a street with many restaurants to choose from and open to all tastes, from Mediterranean styles to Mediterranean cuisine. fusion. If you prefer to dine indoors, the fantastic L-shaped kitchen will work wonders. It is fully functional with an integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. Beautifully designed in a vibrant palette of orange and red tones to make cooking a joyful experience.

The entrance hall is wide enough to leave suitcases without getting in anyone's way. Continuing down the hall, we find a small room with a washer and dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with large fitted wardrobes. Two of them are the same size and have two single beds each, while the third is a master bedroom with a double bed. They all share a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet, decorated with paintings and a small library.

There is air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi Internet connection throughout the property. At the back of the apartment, there is another terrace without views and a laundry room.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
