Description of the property

Beautiful duplex penthouse with two large terraces and views of one of the most iconic streets of Sitges. Just 4 minutes walk from the beach of La Fragata or the beach of San Sebastián. Shops and restaurants in the surroundings and right next to the Cap de la Vila square, the nerve center of this wonderful coastal city.

It is located on the second floor with an elevator. Sunlight floods every corner of the room, decorated with striking colored paintings and a Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is located at the end of the living room and is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and two fridge-freezers to make your stay a delight to the palate with all the delicacies that you can cook with fresh, local products.

The living room opens onto a spectacular terrace where you can practice yoga at sunrise or dine under the stars with your family and friends. It is a true Eden where you can relax in peace without listening to the hustle and bustle that characterizes life in Sitget, always wrapped up in local festivities and international events such as the Irish Film or Arts Festival.

On this same floor we can find two double rooms en suite, both with their own bathroom with shower. One of them has direct access to the terrace and the other has a large window with natural light.

Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor with a room with two single beds, a large closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower. We go directly to the huge terrace on the roof surrounded by aloes, for private use and charmingly furnished.

Few apartments in Sitges offer such good exteriors and panoramic views from the top. Feel like an angel and touch heaven by staying at the Angel Views Penthouse!

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
