Description of the property

Spectacular and unique apartment in the center of Sitges with a rooftop pool! Ideal to spend unforgettable days with whoever you choose! This apartment/duplex, recently renovated, is located in the heart of Sitges, a minute walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

It consists of a large living room and dining room. an open kitchen with everything you need for your stay. From the living room you can access a small balcony where you will find the washing machine. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In both bedrooms you will have air conditioning for hot days. There is a full bathroom with a shower tray. On the upper floor, you will find a large terrace with views of the sea and the city. That's where the pool is, which is totally private for your enjoyment!

Parties are totally prohibited.

Information for Check-in:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay).

- Departure is 11 a.m.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
