Description of the property

The Barco penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It is a very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma of artisan coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. The Sitges train station and the bus stop are less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The room has large spaces to store your belongings.

The kitchen is American-style equipped with what is necessary to prepare any meal. There is also a table with chairs in a separate sector of the living room, which serve as an indoor dining room.

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning. From there we have access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and Calle Mayor. Equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast watching people walk along the Calle Mayor, or enjoying a dinner by candlelight.

The Barco apartment is on the same floor than the apartment SAILBOAT. They are 2 penthouses that can be reserved at the same time and are ideal for 2 couples traveling together who prefer to enjoy their privacy.

PET FRIENDLY. Pets are welcome as long as they are notified in advance. Note: There are 8 steps up to the elevator.

Check In Information:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

- Tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age they do not pay it)

- The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm you have a small fee of €30 and after midnight it's €50.

- Check out time is 11am.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
