Description of the property

Everyone who walks through the port of Aiguadolç falls in love with it. The apartment is part of this picturesque landscape. A group of old fishermen's houses now transformed into apartments within the port.

In less than 3 minutes we will be taking a dip in the sea. And no more going down from the apartment we are enjoying the sound of the moored boats, the birds that fly over the port and the most exclusive restaurants and bars in Sitges.

The The apartment is located on the second floor by stairs and is distributed over 2 floors with 2 private terraces each.

It has 1 full kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 double bedrooms and a third single room on the upper floor. high. The bathroom has a shower. And the terraces have tables and chairs so you can enjoy them at any time of the day or night.

It is an apartment with large windows that let in fresh air all day long. day.

The kitchen is spacious and gives us the space we need to cook comfortably with friends who accompany us. It is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

Going down about 7 steps We find the living room and dining room with access to the first terrace. It has a sofa, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning and a table for 6 people.

The living room has access to the first terrace which makes it a very bright and fresh area. It is a cozy and comfortable terrace to have a drink after a long day at the beach. From there we can see the life of the small town within the Aiguadolç.

On this floor there are 2 double rooms.

The main room has a double bed (1.50x2 more) large closets and windows with shutters and views of the pedestrian street.

The second room has a trundle bed, forming 2 beds individual. It has a window with a blind and a large closet.

The bathroom has a shower.

Going up the stairs from the living room we find a second private terrace equipped with table, chairs and a shower.

The third room with a single bed is in the attic, up the stairs. We note that it has low ceilings and there is no air conditioning in this area. It is perfect for times of cool temperatures but during the summer it can be hot.

Within the port area there are restaurants, bars and a couple of shops selling food and drinks.

The town of Sitges is a 15-minute walk away through a beautiful area by the sea.

Balmins nudist beach is less than 10 minutes away minutes walking. And the closest beach 3 minutes away.

It is a modern apartment, totally exterior with windows in all rooms.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
