Description of the property

The Port Alegre Attic is a duplex apartment, facing the San Sebastián beach on the PORT ALEGRE promenade It has 2 balconies and 2 floors and is located on a 2nd floor without elevator.

The San Sebastián neighborhood is one of the most beautiful areas of Sitges. It is centrally located but in a quiet place. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so a car is not needed. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street.

Upon entering the apartment we find some stairs that lead us to the first floor where the kitchen and living room are located. The kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a small fridge. Simple meals can be prepared.

The living room has a round glass table, chairs, a sofa, a flat screen TV and has access to the first balcony with spectacular views of the sea. Ideal for a drink at sunset or a coffee in the morning. The stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom is. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 meters, with access to another private balcony. It also has views of the sea, has a shower and hammocks to take advantage of the sun during the morning. The bathroom is small and has a shower.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning on both floors, safe, iron and hairdryer. It must be taken into account that there are narrow stairs to access the apartment and inside there are also stairs.

The apartment is located on the second floor and inside the bedroom and bathroom are accessed by stairs. The Port Alegre Attic is a perfect apartment for couples who want to be between the center of Sitges, the Port and have a lot of privacy.

We do not recommend staying with small children due to the number of narrow stairs in the apartment.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
