Description of the property

5 minutes from the beach, and in the OASIS area of Sitges, is this 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people.

Mercadona supermarket is less than 5 minutes away (same as the train station) but if you want something even closer, there is a small Caprabo supermarket below the apartment.

Sitges beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are the bars and restaurants that we like the most.< /span>

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony big enough to eat, sunbathe or have a drink. < span style="font-size: var(--bs-body-font-size); font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight); text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);">It is a very spacious, comfortable and very well located simple apartment. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a large table with chairs, air conditioning, Wifi, TV and access to the balcony facing the street.

The kitchen is a separate room. Equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.

The 3 rooms are doubles. One of them has 1 double bed (1.35x1.90) and the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each There are 2 full bathrooms with tubs in the hallway.

There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

It is ideal for people with reduced mobility as it has an elevator that reaches the apartment.

The building has a communal pool for the use of our guests.If you need parking, you can request it in advance and we will do our best to offer you a space in this building.

Check In Information:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

- You must pay the tourist tax required by the Sitges City Council (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)

- Pets allowed on request.

- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 After 21:00 there is a small charge of €30 and after midnight is €50.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
