Description of the property

Fantastic and spacious apartment in the heart of Sitges, with a communal pool just a step away from the beach and the pedestrian center with all the shops and restaurant services.

This wonderful duplex is located in a building with elevator that has a community pool and large spaces so that the little ones can enjoy the outdoors.

On the first floor we find the spacious and bright living room with access to the sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets in good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher...), a full bathroom, the laundry room and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 3 beds singles, with their private balcony, and a third bedroom with a double bed.

Going up to the second floor via the stairs from the living room, we reach a rest area or open living room that gives access to the suite with a double bed and a full bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It is an ideal place for family groups where you can enjoy a fantastic vacation in the center of Sitges, but from the tranquility of this spacious apartment.

The property has an elevator. There is a parking space included in the price. Free WiFi available.

Information for Check In:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

< div>- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | minors under 16 years of age do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Departure time is at 11am.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
