It is an ideal apartment to spend your holidays in Sitges, it is one of the quietest and most beautiful streets in the center of the city. city!

Check In Information:

- Pets allowed upon request.

- Check-in time is from 3pm to 9pm. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.
- Departure time is at 11am.

- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights| minors under 16 years old do not pay)

Check in is at 3 pm. Arrivals after 9 pm have an extra charge of 30 €. Arrivals after midnight have an extra charge of 50 €. Early check in is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
