Description of the property

In the center and steps from the San Sebastián beach in Sitges is this fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

It is located on the second floor of the building and upon entering you are immediately enveloped in a atmosphere and a unique setting. A wide hallway takes you to the living-dining room and the bedroom area.

The living room is separated from the dining room and has access to a beautiful balcony. The dining room is very spacious, with a large window that allows a lot of light to enter. The walls are dark and the contrast with the light makes this space a very cozy place.

The balcony is ideal for eating outdoors with an awning for sunny days and with double glass doors.< /div>

In the same hallway we find a fully equipped kitchen.

At the other end of the apartment we find the two bedrooms, spacious, cozy and identical with built-in wardrobes. It consists of a shared bathroom with all the comforts and a hydromassage shower.

This spectacular apartment is impeccable with impeccable finishes and all the details carefully worked on. And of course, air conditioning and central heating.

Its location is the heart of Sitges, 100 meters from Sant Sebastián beach. It has many emblematic shops, bars and restaurants in its surroundings, such as Cable.

There is a parking area near the apartment.

Information for Check In:

- Check-in time It is from 3pm to 9pm. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Departure time is at 11am.

- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
