Check In Information:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

- They must be paid the tourist tax required by the Sant Pere de Ribes Town Hall (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm you have a small fee of €30 and after midnight it's €50.

- Check out time is 11am.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
