Description of the property

Villa Elysian with Magic Sea Views

Spectacular villa located at the top of a hill that offers 360º views of the sea and mountains.

At the front of the house we find the pool area, from which we can see the vineyards to the west, where the sunsets are magical with the mountains in the background as a Skyline. If we look straight ahead we enjoy incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. An idyllic place to be with family or friends enjoying all the comforts that the house offers us.

The house has several magical corners for every moment of the day. The swimming pool is the central oasis of this villa of elysian beauty. Next to it, a long wooden breakfast bar has been installed with views of the forest and the sea in the background.

We have a hammock between 2 trees, as well as a west-facing terrace with various nooks to enjoy the shade and the sunsets while reading a book. Likewise, there is another terrace on the opposite side to also be in the shade in broad daylight next to the barbecue area that includes an outdoor table for family dining.

The house is distributed over two floors:

On the first floor we find the living room for 8 people with a luxurious sofa, large flat screen TV, music system, exclusive solid wood table for 8 people and a fully equipped open concept kitchen (XL refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher , oven, microwave) and with views of the garden.

In addition, this floor has a full bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms: the main room with an en-suite bathroom, two other doubles and a last one for the little ones with a bed that looks like a tree house.

The main room is a true love nest with a fabulous corner terrace that surrounds it, totally private and overlooking the Garraf natural park. With air conditioning and television.

The other two rooms with double beds also have access to another terrace that communicates with the outdoor areas, as does the children's room. The three share a full bathroom with a shower.

This magnificent villa also has a separate apartment for those who want more privacy. With a living room with a mezzanine bed and sofa bed, kitchen and a double room with a private full bathroom. It has air conditioning.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
