Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Easy and fast communication. Wonderful view of the sea. Restaurants, beaches, children's park very close. Easy to get around on foot. I recommend it.

This place is stunning. The only issue we had is that when we booked, it was listed as having our own kitchen, which was an error in the listing. We found this uncomfortable as we like to self cater and found it awkward having to ask to use kitchen. It’s also described as non-smoking but the communal areas are smoking areas.

Very nice apartment with all amenities inside and out. Beach 5 minutes away. Really not disappointed! Small downside: the daylight comes in very easily due to the lack of blackout curtains. Bring a mask for the most sensitive and earplugs (apartment at the foot of the train tracks)

Our family of 14 adults and children enjoyed a memorable week at Villa Nirvana. The beauty and comfort of the home, the perfect location, and the positive staff response to our every need was amazing! Hello Homes staff communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They managed transport for our large group, dealt with our last minute requests positively, and helped us to secure bicycles! We will come again and again. Our memories of Sitges are so wonderful from this excellent home. Gracias Hello Homes!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Apartment was exceptionally clean in a great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main shopping areas in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-appointed. Note: there are no pantry food staples supplied, such as salt, tea or coffee, and no toiletries offered (as is common in Europe). We arranged for transportation to the airport through Hello Homes and they made it very easy. The driver arrived a few minutes early and texted to notify us of his arrival. This review is specifically for IAB families. Our experience with HH has been largely positive. There was a minor hiccup in the beginning that was fixed very quickly. They have been really great to work with overall and as the parent of an international student, it has been very comforting to know my student is in a safe and secure home. Highly recommend.

We had lovely days in Sitges! The apartment we stayed in at Casa Rainbow was clean and very cosy, and contained everything we needed for our stay. The town of Sitges is charming and has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, beautiful beaches, great people and a pleasant atmosphere. We traveled there in November and there was less tourism than in high season. It was safe to deal with Hello Homes and their services, and we were also very satisfied with the transport service they had, which made the trip to and from El Prat very comfortable. We ...

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is superb, a minute walk to the beach a few seconds from a very nice place where you can get coffee and food. Spacious, perfect for traveling with kids. Definitely will come back here next time we are in Sitges!

The apartment location was ideal - in the centre of the town and a 2 minute walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. But even though it was in the town centre it was very private and quiet. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a well maintained pool and gardens. Hello Homes was very responsive and helpful for the few minor things that had to be attended to. I highly recommend both the property and Hello Homes. I will definitely use them again.

Perfect location to do everything on foot in Sitges! The only downside is the road behind the residence, a bit noisy especially on Saturday nights, but largely bearable, when you're really tired, you end up falling asleep! Apparently exactly as in the photos, well equipped and very comfortable! Highly recommended!
