Description of the property

Authentic and spectacular independent house in the Can Pere area, 20 minutes from the beaches of Sitges, with a private pool and views of the sea and the Garraf valley, even on clear days you can see the mountain of Montserrat.

The house has capacity for 15 people, where you can enjoy a few days of vacation and relaxation. In the outdoor area there is the pool surrounded by grass, from where you can bathe with views of the sea, the barbecue area and the porch, which has a large table for all diners and a bar for cocktails at night. .

Accessing from the porch we find an open space on the first floor where the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need for your stay (dishwasher, fridge, microwave , oven, coffee maker...). It has a small pantry where the washing machine is also located.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar and next to it there is a dining area with a wooden table. Next is the living room, with magnificent decoration and a fireplace.

On this same floor, we find two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another complete bathroom with independent access. We also find the main access door, which leads to an outdoor terrace where you will find a trampoline and beautiful views of the mountains.

From the living room, we can go down the stairs to a spacious room with several beds, ideal for the youngest members of the house. This house is ideal for groups of large families, where you can enjoy a few days of relaxation with plenty of space and where you will find great comfort. It has WiFi throughout the house and air conditioning in the living room.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
