Reservation Procedure
Your guide to a perfect experience
1. Find your Perfect Home
Explore our Seasonal Rentals section to find your ideal property in Sitges. Check availability and select the perfect property to share with your classmates or enjoy alone.
2. Request and Visit
Make an online request or visit us at our office to schedule a visit. During the visit, either in person or via virtual tours for those abroad, we will explain everything about the apartment, including the specific clauses of the contract.
3. Document Submission
To formalize the reservation, we will need information from all the students who will occupy the flat to carry out a verification process. Don't worry, it's a simple process and we are here to help you.
4. Formalize Reservation
Once the documentation is approved, we will send you a copy of the contract with all the clear clauses. Here you will see exactly the details of the payments, ensuring that everything is transparent from the start. After reviewing and signing the contract, everything will be ready!
5. In-Person Check-In
On the day of your arrival, we will receive you at the apartment or property and explain how everything works so you feel at home. In addition, we will conduct the meter readings and ensure that everything is resolved for your comfort during the stay.
6. Assistance During the Stay
During your stay, our team will be available for any assistance you may need. We are here to ensure that your experience is comfortable and hassle-free.

A lovely apartment, super close to both the beach and all amenities. The living space is generous and the beds are very comfortable - although the street is lively the bedrooms are at the rear so there is no disturbance....
