Centrally located 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Sitges, close to the train and bus station and next to all shops and restaurants.

Located on the third floor and with double-glazed windows, it is isolated from the hustle and bustle of the street.

It was renovated this year and each room has its touch of exoticism that transports us to the jungle and a vacation paradise.

It has parquet flooring throughout the apartment and the open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave...

It is exquisitely decorated with designer furniture and authentic works of art so that you can stay in total elegance in this magnificent apartment.

It is ideal for families and has a terrace with a small barbecue corner to enjoy the best meals in the sun.

It has air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment and the bathroom has a spacious shower.

The smaller room has access to a backyard with a washing machine, making it perfect for long stays.

The two largest rooms have an office table and chair. Ideal for those who work from home and need a study corner!

It has high-speed Wi-Fi internet.

Arrival information:

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Output information:

Check-out time is 11am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before you leave.
Upon leaving, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to two months' rent is necessary upon signing the lease. However, we can be flexible depending on the conditions of the contract.

Each property includes a cleaning fee with a minimum set to keep the property in optimal condition.

Monthly Payments

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.

5 mins walk away from beach, 20 mins to centre. Villa is spacious with lots of communal areas both inside and outside. Local supermarket is a 10 min walk. Very much enjoyed our stay.
