Description of the property

Villa Elysian with Magic Sea Views

Spectacular villa located on top of a hill that offers 360º views of the sea and mountains.

At the front of the house we find the pool area, from which we can see the vineyards to the West, where the sunsets are magical with the mountains in the background as a Skyline. If we look straight ahead we enjoy incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. A an idyllic place to be with family or friends enjoying all the comforts that the house offers.

The house has several magical corners for every moment of the day. The pool is the central oasis of this Elysian-style villa. Next to it, a long wooden bar has been installed for breakfast with views of the forest and the sea in the background.

We have a hammock between 2 trees, as well as a west-facing terrace with various nooks and crannies to enjoy the shade and the sunsets while reading a book. There is also another terrace on the opposite side to also be in the shade in full daylight. next to the barbecue area which includes an outdoor table for family meals.

The house is distributed over two floors:

On the first floor we find the living-dining room for 8 people with a luxurious sofa, large flat-screen TV, stereo, exclusive solid wood table for 8 people and fully equipped open-concept kitchen (XL refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher). , oven, microwave) and with garden views.

In addition, this floor has a full bathroom with shower.

On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two other double bedrooms and a last one for the little ones with a bed that looks like a tree house.

The master bedroom is a true love nest with a fabulous corner terrace surrounding it, totally private and with views of the Garraf natural park. With air conditioning and television.

The other two double bedrooms also have access to another terrace that connects to the open-air exteriors, as does the children's room. All three share a full bathroom with a shower.

This magnificent villa also has an independent apartment for those who want more privacy. It has a living room with a mezzanine bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. It has air conditioning.

Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)

For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:

Check out time is 11am
Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
