It also has 2 terraces and a private garden with swimming pool. It is the place for groups looking to relax in a beautiful environment. Oriented south face the Villa you have sun all day. The views are very nice as well. The Villa has all the essential amenities to have an unforgettable holiday in Sitges. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Sitges (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
