Description of the property

Villa Levantina is a beautifully presented 6 BR holiday house sleeping 15 offering sea views from the top terrace, private parking and swimming pool.

It is fantastic for families or large groups, come and do as much or as little as you like, this spacious villa is a truly home from home.

The main living area is located in the top level and it is accessible from the garage through a set of suspended stairs. It has been originally designed with sloping ceilings and a real brick wall with a working chimney for the colder winter days. The lounge has a wide screen TV with a corner sofa bed sitting up to 6 people and ac for the warm summer days.

On this same 1st floor there’s a guest wc and the kitchen that has all necessary household appliances and is strategically situated next to it in an almost open concept, separated by a sliding door. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow sunlight all day long and open onto the fabulous extra-large terrace with sea views, the perfect spot to watch the sun go down whilst dining al fresco altogether.

Just behind, the staircase goes down to the 2nd floor where there’s a small lounge area with a double sofa bed. There are 4 double bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, whilst the other 3 bedrooms share between them a complete bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a great sized terrace surrounding the villa.

Going down to the 3rd level we reach the ground floor which opens outside to the enclosed garden with several fruit trees, amongst which a loquat tree and a bougainvillea. It is a haven of peace to be spent with the family, with its own stylish built-in barbecue, private swimming pool and picnic table with benches. A little extra is the seesaw swing that every one of all ages will enjoy.

Back to the inside of the villa, there is a games room with a table tennis for ping pong lovers, a pool table and several board games, besides another double sofa bed. It includes an open concept kitchen with dishwasher and oven so that you don’t have to cook upstairs on the first floor whilst everyone is downstairs in the garden. Likewise, a bathroom has been conveniently placed on this 3rd level of the villa to be shared by 2 other bedrooms: one with a trundle bed and the other one with 3 single beds.

All in all, this villa is great for families seeking a calm area away from the bustling center, in the neighborhood of Levantina, right next to Aiguadolç harbor and east to the town center. The nearest supermarket is just 800m away and the tennis club lies around the corner. The closest sandy beach is 1,5km away and is known as San Sebastian beach.
