This villa style of Art is the largest available villa in Sitges and just steps from the beach and downtown. For the March 15, 2012 which means it's totally renovated , new kitchen, 5 new bathrooms , interior and exterior painting , new furniture, including a table and off for over 20 people. The villa has a garden of 2500 m2 with private pool and is very private and quiet. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and bar and music installation outdoors is a pleasure to put around the pool. For children we have a games room with table tennis. The villa has plenty of room for them to play , but also next to the house is a large green area where cars are banned and is ideal for children to play . There is covered parking for 2 cars, but always a lot of place in the quiet street where the villa is located .

Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.
