Description of the property

Spectacular 7 bedroom villa with 6 bathrooms, 1 guest wc and breathtaking sea views, located in the sought after neighbourhood of La Levantina. A prime location for a rare gem in Sitges.

Sleeps 16 people.

The main villa has been strategically divided into 3 different apartments (one on each floor with its own kitchen and living room) and then, separately, there is a guest house (also equipped with a kitchen and living room) with a luxurious terrace and Jacuzzi.

The distribution makes it ideal for families gathering together:

- Apartment 1:
Attic Floor

It comprises a large and spacious living room with an open plan kitchen on one side and with access to a private terrace with top views of the town, the mountains and the sea. There is a separate double bedroom (with 2 single beds) with plenty of storage space and a very large bathroom with a bath and double sink. There is an extra sleeping area with a double bed next to the lounge. It's an open space without doors or shutters, so it's a good alternative to what a sofa bed in the living room would be. It's far more comfortable. There is also a guest toilet.

- Apartment 2:
Middle Floor

This is the largest apartment of all; with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bath). The kitchen is equipped with everything, the living room is filled with sunglight all day long and the furnished terrace is the perfect place for dining al fresco whilst admiring the views of the Garraf Natural Park, Sitges town and the sea.

- Apartment 3:
Ground Floor

This other apartment has 2 bedrooms (with double beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and the other one with a shower). The living room has been decorated in a nordic style and one of the bedrooms opens to a private covered terrace with has been adapted as a multipurpose chill out area and yoga studio. It connects to the main terrace which is accessed through the lounge and looks into the blue horizon.

- Apartment 4:
Guest House

This is the jewel of the crown. It's a separate loft with one bedrooms that we have built from scratch this 2021 and that will impress you the moment you step inside. It's all glamourous, with floor marble tiles, a luxurious spa bathroom and magnificient views from the private chill out terrace with jacuzzi. It's the ideal place for a romantic stay.,
