Lorena is a highly professional, organized, dynamic, approachable, friendly, and very attentive. She is very dedicated, always available, attentive to every detail, and involved throughout the entire process, supporting us from the initial contact, resolving all questions throughout the process, and even going above and beyond what was expected, right up until after the contract was signed. Throughout the process, she was very communicative with us and an excellent bridge of communication with the owners, giving us the feeling that both parties' needs were being taken care of at all times. Her efficiency and personal approach made everything much easier and safer, generating the peace of mind of being in good hands. I definitely recommend her 100%.
