THE BEACH APARTMENT is a beautiful apartment located in the center of Sitges and 2 minutes from San Sebastián beach. San Sebastián beach is famous for its charm, it is small but there are very nice restaurants and bars that create a warm atmosphere for a drink at sunset.

The apartment It has a room with a double bed and capacity for 2 people. It has two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The living room is comfortable and has air conditioning. The kitchen is completely equipped. The apartment has a small balcony to relax.

Small but very charming and in a privileged location, THE BEACH APARTMENT is undoubtedly a perfect choice for your vacation in Sitges.

Check In Information:

- A rental contract will be signed for the stay.
- The tourist tax required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person x night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)
- The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Check-out time is 11am.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
