'Casa Cava' is one of the most unique apartments to rent in Sitges. It is located in the heart of the old town, just a minute's walk from San Sebastián beach, known as the most beautiful beach in Sitges.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer etc. The living room is spacious with French doors leading to a private deck.

From the terrace/outdoor area, the Davadalla park will be visible, and the nearest neighbor of the apartment is the medieval Palau del Rei Moro (Palace of the Moorish King), which dates back to the 14th century and was renovated in the 18th century. XX after the Spanish. civil war.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
