Sea and Sand Penthouse

The Sea and Sand Penthouse is an elegant penthouse located on a semi-pedestrian street in the heart of Sitges. All shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife are just a few meters away. You can even walk to the beach.

The penthouse is about 95 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a 4th and last floor of a building with an elevator.

The apartment has three air conditioning units, one located in the living room and two others in the bedrooms. It also offers WiFi internet connection. Upon entering, the guest will find a bright and airy living room with a comfortable sofa, a plasma television and a table with six chairs. Large sliding doors give access to a large covered terrace that offers beautiful views of Calle Sant Francesc and the rooftops of Sitges. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table with a maximum capacity for 4 people.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is “en suite”. It has its own private bathroom with a hydromassage shower. There is a second bedroom, also with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and a sofa bed. From this room there is access to a quiet rear terrace. We hope that the guest feels like one of the people and enjoys the exclusivity of this apartment in the heart of Sitges.

Arrival information:

The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
