Arrival information:

- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

-Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm

-For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30

-For check-ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge

Exit information:

-Departure time is 10 am

-Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.

-Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to two months' rent is necessary upon signing the lease. However, we can be flexible depending on the conditions of the contract.

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
