La Espiga is a beautiful house just 3 minutes walk from the beach in the Vinyet area, with a community pool and free parking space. The house has a capacity of 6 guests. On the first floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is also a patio for dining and a small private garden. On the second floor of the house are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There are towels and sheets for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed. Then there is a third with a trundle bed (so 2 singles). If you are looking for space and not to be in the center, but a little further away in a very quiet and charming area, this is the ideal house. *** Write to us for a quote depending on your dates. Arrival information:

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50.

Departure information:

Check out time is 11 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place, never in the lock.

The block of apartments are quite a walk from the centre of town but the area is very quiet. The views from the complex are great. The apartment was clean and roomy. Thank goodness for aircon. 😀
