Dalisay Apartment

Spectacular apartment in the historic center of Sitges, a few meters from the San Sebastián beach and next to all the shops.

It is located on a commercial but quiet street, on the second floor without an elevator.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with large closets and another with bunk beds with a small closet and study area. The two rooms are exterior and have light.

The floor throughout the apartment is parquet, except for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

It is very spacious and bright, perfect for couples with or without children. The open concept kitchen has been completely renovated and has all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

It has a practical laundry room with a toilet and a beautiful furnished terrace where you can enjoy sunny days and, why not, eat outdoors.

This apartment has high-speed internet, ideal for teleworking. Both internet and water and gas consumption are included in the rental price.

The heating is electric with radiators and the apartment does not have air conditioning due to its excellent insulation.

In addition to the €1,100 rent, there is a monthly charge of €125 to cover electricity costs, which will be regularized at the end of the contract.
There is also a monthly cleaning that must be respected and is not included in the price: 40 euros cleaning.
