Description of the property

The Secret Garden is a bright apartment in the center of Sitges with a small terrace full of flowers. Located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, to get to the elevator there is a small staircase with 4 steps.

Just a 10-minute walk from the beach and very close to all the restaurants, shops and leisure services in Sitges. Just by crossing the tracks we are inside the historic center of Sitges and its beaches.

Upon entering the apartment we find the open kitchen area with a large bar that serves as a table dining area with high stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, a small fridge...)

It has a bedroom with a very bright double bed and a full bathroom.

From the living room and from the kitchen, we have access to the terrace decorated with natural flowers that make it a secret cozy place. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the city and partial views of the sea.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The building has an elevator.

The train tracks are close to the apartment but the room is at the back of the apartment so you cannot rest well.

Information for Check In:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay.

- The tourist tax required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay it )

- Pets are accepted upon request.

- Check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm you have a small fee of €30 and after midnight it's €50.

- The departure time is at 11 am.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
