The building is currently undergoing maintenance on the rear façade, which involves scaffolding in a secondary area of the back terrace.
These works do not generate any noise or disturbances, and they do not affect the comfort inside the apartment.
The main terrace at the front of the apartment remains fully accessible and equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and relaxing.
The works are expected to be completed by the end of August.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...), a spacious living room with TV and access to the private patio. From the patio you can also directly access the communal pool area. It has two bedrooms. One with a bunk bed and the main one with a double bed. From both rooms, you have access to a private terrace with mountain and sea views. It has two full bathrooms.

- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
