Description of the property

Angel Views Penthouse

Beautiful duplex penthouse with two large terraces and views of one of the most iconic streets of Sitges. Just 4 minutes walk from Fragata beach or San Sebastián beach. Shops and restaurants in the surrounding area and right next to Cap de la Vila square , the nerve centre of this wonderful coastal town.

It is located on the third floor with a lift . Sunlight floods every corner of the living room, decorated with striking coloured paintings and a Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is located at the back of the living room and is fully equipped with all appliances and two combi fridges to make your stay a delight for the palate with all the delicacies you can cook with fresh, local products.

The living room opens onto a spectacular terrace where you can practice yoga at sunrise or dine under the stars with your family and friends. It is a true Eden where you can relax in complete tranquility without hearing the hustle and bustle that characterizes Sitges life, always surrounded by local festivities and international events such as the Irish Film Festival or the Irish Arts Festival.

On this same floor we can find two double bedrooms en suite, both with their own bathroom with shower. One of them has direct access to the terrace and the other has a large window with natural light.

Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor with a bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower en suite. We go directly out onto the huge roof terrace surrounded by aloes, for private use and charmingly furnished.

In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
