In addition, its proximity to essential amenities, such as the bus station (Town Bus) just 300 meters away, a supermarket 500 meters away and Sitges train station one kilometer away, makes your stay easier.

This space offers a spacious 20 square meter terrace to enjoy the sound of the waves and the fresh sea air. It also has internet access (wifi), a private balcony, heating with electric radiators for added comfort, and a refreshing communal pool by the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The independent kitchen, equipped with induction technology, offers all modern conveniences, from a refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher to a washing machine, dryer and a variety of utensils and appliances to make meal preparation a pleasant experience.

For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Property i stayed was lovely and clean .the location met all our needs ......just 5 mins walk to shops n bars n train station 10 mins walk to the beach . The flat itself was excellent size with all the requirements neede...

5 mins walk away from beach, 20 mins to centre. Villa is spacious with lots of communal areas both inside and outside. Local supermarket is a 10 min walk. Very much enjoyed our stay.
