Description of the property

The White Penthouse penthouse is located in the center of Sitges a few steps from the Paseo Marítimo and its beaches. In less than 1 minute you can be enjoying a walk on the beach or a swim in the sea.

Can you imagine waking up in the morning, going down to give yourself a dip in the sea and come home to have breakfast on the private terrace?

It is an apartment that was recently renovated so that our guests enjoy a perfect vacation.

Enjoying a bright apartment with large windows that let in the cool evening air from your private terrace seems like a dream.

The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and loungers for sunbathing, having breakfast watching people walk along Calle del Pecado, or enjoying a candlelit dinner. It also has an electric awning.

The floor of the terrace is artificial grass, which gives a pleasant sensation and warmth to the environment.

The kitchen is open, American type and is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. It has a bar with stools that is perfect for enjoying any quick meal.

The bright living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

The double room has a 1.50 x 2 meter double bed, large wardrobes, a safe and a window with a blind to ensure a good rest at dawn, and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower.

The building has 3 floors and the apartment is on the third floor without elevator.

Primero de Mayo street is a lively pedestrian street. There are bars, restaurants and shops that make it the liveliest street in the town. It must be taken into account that the bars close after dawn and there may be music until late.

The windows in both the living room and the bedroom are soundproof to keep out annoying noises if you want to go to bed early.

< div>The apartment has an anti-theft security alarm, therefore there are security cameras inside the house. These cameras can be covered by a small window that will give privacy while we are inside the house.

Although the apartment is soundproof, it must be taken into account that the bars and restaurants are open until after dawn.

Sitges train station is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are within walking distance, beaches are 50 meters from the apartment, therefore a car is not necessary.

Information for Check In:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

< div>- The tourist tax required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)

- Pets are accepted on request.

- Check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm you have a small fee of €30 and after midnight it's €50.

- The departure time is at 11 am.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
