Description of the property

The Beach Studio

The Beach Studio is a loft-type studio located in the Aiguadolç area, with privileged views of La Marina beach and the port of Sitges. It has a community pool and large gardens.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located very close to the beaches and the port's restaurants. You will also find a large supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The most spectacular thing is its terrace, where you will enjoy the views and the calm of the sea. Here you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner always looking at the sea, and in the hottest hours, you can take refuge with its awning.

The apartment with capacity for 2 people is located on the first floor with access by stairs. In about 40 square meters, the living area is distributed with a comfortable sofa and TV with digital channels. Behind the sofa there is a folding bed with a very comfortable mattress so you can rest well during your vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, utensils...). In the apartment there is also a closet so you can store your luggage.

In the large bathroom you will find the bathtub, the washing machine, enough space to leave your things and make this your home for a few days.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the apartment has air conditioning and high-speed WiFi.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
