Description of the property

The Loft

The Loft is a beautiful studio located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Decorated in a charming style with vintage touches, it is located 50 meters from the beach.

If you enjoy going out at night for a drink or partying after a long day at the beach, you will really enjoy this apartment. In 3 minutes you will be anywhere you want (bar, restaurants , beaches, supermarkets...).

Ideal for a couple or independent travelers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches, the busiest bars and restaurants.

There are 25 meters of everything you need for a most entertaining vacation.

The room is integrated into the living room, it has a 1.50x2 m double bed. The closets have large mirrors and a large window with access to the balcony. The balcony has a very comfortable table and sofas, from there you can see the sea and the great life that Calle del Pecado has. If you want to have fun without leaving home, bring your glass of wine to the balcony and stay to watch for a while.

The bathroom has a shower and a clothes washing machine. The windows facing the balcony have double glazing and velvet curtains that serve to isolate the hustle and bustle of the festive atmosphere of Sitges during the summer. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave). The living room has a low table with a sofa and armchairs. There is air conditioning and wifi.

It must be taken into account that it is located on a street with bars and restaurants that close their doors after dawn. If you like going out at night it is the ideal place because you will be close to everything, but if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper you may be bothered by the atmosphere on the street.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
