Clarimar Duplex

Fantastic and spacious apartment in the heart of Sitges, with a community pool just a step away from the beach and the pedestrian center with all the shops and restaurant services. It has a private parking space for a supplement of €10/day, prior reservation and subject to availability.

This wonderful duplex is located in a building with an elevator that has a community pool and large spaces so that the little ones can enjoy the outdoors.

On the first floor we find the spacious and bright living room with access to the sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets in good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher...), a full bathroom, the laundry room and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds, with its private balcony, and a third bedroom with a double bed.

Going up to the second floor via the stairs from the living room, we reach an open rest area or living room that gives access to the suite with a double bed and a full bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It is an ideal place for family groups where you can enjoy a fantastic holiday in the center of Sitges, but from the tranquility of this spacious apartment.

The property has an elevator. There is a small parking space in the same building for a supplement of €10/day.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
