The villa is located in the heart of Garraf-Penedés , a region famous for its splendid vineyards and picturesque beaches - all just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the city of Barcelona and historic Tarragona are 40 minutes away, creating an endless list of daily excursion possibilities.

The property has more than 900 m2, divided into several garden areas to enjoy the sun throughout the day, a large private pool , barbecue area, a large terrace with stunning views of the Garraf mountains and a sports area equipped with everything. everything you need to entertain you and your friends or family.

Villa Can Xum has three bedrooms decorated with ethnic inspirations , a suite with a private bathroom and an Arab-style chill-out annex. In addition to a living room with smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

At the top of the house, you will find a terrace with a washing machine and dryer, and impressive mountain views.

Upon arrival:

The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay).
Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50.

Upon your departure:

Departure time is 11 am
Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place, never in the lock.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
