Description of the property
This villa is located above sea level, offering stunning views over the Bay of Mahon. It combines the comfort of being close to the city center with the intimacy and tranquility of being in a large private villa with possibility to swim in the pool or on the sea also through the dock with private access.
The property of 500 m2 consists of 2 floors. Upstairs, the main entrance through the garden leads directly to the living room. On the main floor is the living room, spacious and comfortable with stunning views and access to the main terrace of the villa. It also has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with private terrace. Also on this floor you will find the spacious kitchen, fantastic views and fully equipped with everything you need to make you a pleasure to cook.
On the ground floor you can find the 2 large rooms and access to the pool. Going outside this floor there is a large swimming pool with a trampoline for fun and a large porch with all the necessary furniture to enjoy a splendid summer day in the pool of the island. Across the pool you will find the stairs leading to the villa's private dock. And the top of these stairs is a gazebo to enjoy the close up view. In addition, guests may have kayaks (check availability and price).
Important Information:
- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.
- Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Menorca (2,00 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Lovely apartment, great pool, fantastic location. Close to centre, beach and station. Great base for exploring the local area. Having a parking space was great too, if a test of your reversing skills!
