Description of the property

Spectacular 4-storey house in the exclusive Quint Mar area, right at the entrance to Sitges and 2km from the center. Its location is perfect for families looking to get away from the daily tumult and rest in total privacy high up in the mountains, but being just 30 minutes from the beaches and all the attractions that Sitges has to offer throughout the year.

This beautiful house has a particular charm, with the three balconies and the main terrace finished in balustrade. All double rooms have their own balcony, except for one twin room that has a window with lots of light.

The distribution is as follows; We start with the entrance floor, where the hall, a large terrace with beautiful views and the independent garage are located.

We go down the stairs to the dining room, where we find a table with four chairs and a relaxation corner next to the flat screen TV with a sofa bed for two people and a couple of armchairs. The living room opens onto the huge terrace with awnings and an outside area where you can all eat together outdoors. The views are clear to the mountain with the sea in the background.

On this same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen with another table for 4 people and which includes a pantry. In addition, the kitchen has a music system for you to seek culinary inspiration with your favorite theme.

On the floor minus 2 is where the rest of the bedrooms are located. Two rooms with double beds and both with access to a private balcony, as well as a room with two single beds and a large window. All have closets and space to store clothes and suitcases or a table to work. The main room also has a television, to enjoy your favorite movie in perfect company before sleeping. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower shared by all rooms.

Descending to the top floor, the least 3, we access the summer room with a table with benches for four people and a double sofa bed in front of the third television set that this house has. In the background there is a second very spacious bathroom with a shower. The living room opens to the outside through a main door and leads us to the main attraction of this beautiful house: the garden area, the porch and the pool.

We have added chill out furniture with an outdoor sofa and a corner to sit and have a drink while the children take a dip in the pool. There are two garden umbrellas to keep you in the shade, as well as several sun loungers for sunbathing. Under the reed porch there is a large table for 6 people and right next to it, a magnificent stone barbecue with sink, as well as an outside shower. In the garden area surrounding the pool there is a rocking chair for two people that will allow you to enjoy the views during the day and relax to contemplate the stars at night.

In Hawaiian culture "Ohana" means family and the family never abandons or forgets you, including blood relatives, adopted or intentional. Little more needs to be said about why we have called this house Ohana.
