Beautiful Villa in the most exclusive area of Vilanova i la Geltrú, 5 minutes from Sitges and 30 minutes from Barcelona and the El Prat airport. With capacity for 14 people, this fantastic Villa is located just 2 minutes walk from the natural beach of El Faro de Vilanova. Very close to the promenade with all the restaurants, leisure activities and shops in the city. The house has a large private pool and a spectacular garden with different spaces. It is divided into two floors: the main floor has a large and bright living room, a large kitchen with dining area for all guests, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor, accessed by the stairs, there are 3 suite bedrooms with a bathroom each, another bedroom with two double beds and a last bedroom with two single beds. This house is ideal for family groups who want to spend a few days in a large Villa next to the beach, and very close to Barcelona and Sitges. It has heating throughout the house, and capacity for two cars within the plot. WiFi throughout the house.

Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Had a lovely holiday at La Perla the apartment is very well equipped any any problems were dealt with quickly by hello homes. My only suggestion would be better furniture for the balcony. Would come back again.
