Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.

Property i stayed was lovely and clean .the location met all our needs ......just 5 mins walk to shops n bars n train station 10 mins walk to the beach . The flat itself was excellent size with all the requirements neede...

5 mins walk away from beach, 20 mins to centre. Villa is spacious with lots of communal areas both inside and outside. Local supermarket is a 10 min walk. Very much enjoyed our stay.
