HATCHI APARTMENT - AVAILABLE ONLY JULY AND AUGUST 2024

Modern and central 3-bedroom apartment between Avinguda Sofia and Plaza España, next to all the services and main supermarkets in Sitges. The post office is at the end of the same street and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. It is the apartment you were looking for if you want to slow down and practice zero km, with everything nearby we welcome you to your new slow life.

It has an elevator for those days when you want to carry the shopping and need help.

The living room is spacious and bright, with an American kitchen that flows perfectly with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large dishwasher.

The living room has an area with a sofa and television to relax and another area with a bar table for family meals.

There are 3 bedrooms, of which one is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and quiet views of the street. The bathroom has a bathtub, ideal for your spa moment or for bathing the little ones.

In the east wing of the apartment there are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

One of the rooms has a bunk bed and access to the laundry room, while the other has a single bed, wardrobe and a practical office table.

It is a perfect apartment for couples with or without children.

The apartment is available furnished and ready to move into, with the possibility of internet.

Reservation conditions:

A refundable deposit of €500 will be requested in advance of arrival, by card.
Smoking and pets are completely prohibited.
Final cleaning and laundry not included in the price: €110
At the time of formalizing the reservation it will be necessary to make a payment corresponding to 50%.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival
Internet consumption and supplies (water, electricity and gas) are included in the rent.

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
