Villa Nirvana (5min from the beach) is a spectacular colonial-style villa located just 2 blocks from the Sitges seafront in the Vinyet area, one of the most exclusive areas of Sitges.

This villa can accommodate up to 14 people and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is a fantastic house for families or groups of friends who want to share their vacations in a privileged location just meters from the sea.

Upon entering the house we find a wonderful and large garden where you can hold family gatherings and enjoy entire days in the sun. It has a fantastic pool where children and adults will have a great time. It also has a large barbecue area and a table for outdoor dining.

The house is distributed over 2 floors, 2 double rooms en suite to enjoy privacy, 2 triple rooms en suite and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. In total there are 5 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms have windows overlooking the garden and are very comfortable.

It is an ideal house for guests with reduced mobility since on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet and access to the garden without steps or obstacles.

The kitchen is very spacious, comfortable and modern and fully equipped to prepare any meal. It is an ideal place for group cooking thanks to the island in the middle and its large size. The dining room is a fantastic and comfortable place to rest after a long day at the pool.

It has large windows with access to the porch and garden. The villa is ideal for groups who want to enjoy a holiday in an area near the sea and a few minutes walk from the town of Sitges. It is simply a fantastic large villa, practical, comfortable and very cozy.

Arrival information:

The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:

Departure time is 11 am
Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place, never in the lock.

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.

The apartment met my requirements: the presence of a beach, a swimming pool, restaurants, but away from the bustling center. Everything was great, I'm happy with the apartment.
