This beautiful townhouse is ideally located in the historic center of Sitges, next to the sandy beaches and a short walk from the iconic San Bartolomé church.

Everything is within a 5-minute walk, making it the ideal place to stay to explore the city and discover all its cultural heritage.

Built in 1922, this villa was renovated in 2022, exactly a century later.

Its modern simplicity combines perfectly with elements of its original design, such as high ceilings with decorative rosettes. It is distributed over 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace that opens to the outside patio for alfresco dining on summer days when a shaded area is needed. There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities. Likewise, there is a guest toilet next to this room.

Going up the stairs to the first floor, we find 2 large double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. One of them opens onto a balcony overlooking the quiet street, while the other, the master bedroom, has access to a large balcony that connects to the patio below.

From this floor you can choose to take the lift or stairs to the second floor where you will find 2 more (smaller) double bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower and a games room. The rooms are spacious and bright with large windows that open to the outside. They are also fully furnished with large built-in wardrobes. The game room features a large screen television and a modular design sofa making it perfect for a movie night. It has a large terrace with a bird's eye view of the patio.

The elevator connects the top 2 floors to the rooftop, a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. To the front is the sunny terrace with olive and lemon trees, perfect for relaxing in the sun. You can see the sea at the end of the street where the beach awaits, literally just steps away!

There is a shaded covered area with a marble dining table made from recycled materials from the original structure of the house. Perfectly seats 6 diners.

In the back there is the built-in barbecue (gas) with sink, perfect for celebrating a lunch with family or friends! You will also find a guest toilet.

Reservation conditions:

A refundable deposit of €3,000 will be requested in advance a few days before arrival.
Smoking and pets are completely prohibited.
At the time of formalizing the reservation, it will be necessary to make a payment corresponding to 50%.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival
Internet consumption and supplies (water and electricity) are included in the rent.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment located close to Sitges port. The pool area was large and well maintained. Overall a great place to stay for a weeks holiday.

This is my 4th time staying at this well positioned apartment. 5 minutes to the beach & many restaurants. 10/15 minutes to the supermarket & train. Apartment has very large balcony with awnings. I will be back again

The block of apartments are quite a walk from the centre of town but the area is very quiet. The views from the complex are great. The apartment was clean and roomy. Thank goodness for aircon. 😀
