Magnificent apartment in the Vinyet area, in a community with a parking space and gardens, on the second line of the sea and in a building with an elevator.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete, making it perfect for families. It has parquet floors and ceiling fans in both the living room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes, then there is another bedroom with a single bed convertible into a double bed. And finally, a third room with a trundle bed (2 single mattresses).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and a laundry area with a washing machine.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a large sofa with chaise longue and direct access to the corner terrace. You can make life both day and night on the terrace, enjoying the good weather and long evenings.

Minimum rentals of 30 nights and only on request.

Electricity consumption is included in the monthly price, with a maximum consumption of €120/month. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the rental.

Spectacular house for large groups, secluded, quiet and fully equipped. And 5-10 minutes by car from the center of Sitges. We have been wonderful!! Thanks to the Hello Sitges team who have made everything easy for us!
