Description of the property

Fantastic apartment on the seafront in Sitges with typical Spanish decoration. Located in the center of Sitges, with all services nearby, ideal for spending a few days with family or friends.

With capacity for 5 people, the spacious living room It has a large table for all diners. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay (fridge, microwave, oven, kitchenware, coffee maker...). From the living room there is access to the pleasant terrace, an ideal corner to relax or even have lunch/dinner at the table.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed. In addition, it has two full bathrooms, both with shower trays.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator. It has air conditioning in the living room.

Information for Check In:

- It will request the signing of a rental contract for the stay.

- Tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person and night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age are not pagan)

- The check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 After 21:00 there is a small charge of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Check-out time is 11 am.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
