This beautiful townhouse is ideally located in the historic centre of Sitges, next to the sandy beaches and a short walk from the iconic church of San Bartolomé.
- A refundable security deposit of €3,000 will be requested in advance a few days before arrival.

- At the time of making the reservation, a payment corresponding to 50% will be required.
- The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival.

- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
