Description of the property

Fantastic apartment with sea views in the Aiguadolç area of Sitges, just 40 km from Barcelona. Balmins and La Marina beaches are just a 5-minute walk away.

This apartment is located in one of the quietest areas and with the best views of Sitges. Its spectacular terrace with its good orientation receives the sun throughout the day. The sunsets are a pure spectacle!

With a modern and warm decoration, this apartment consists of an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, an area separate laundry room, a spectacular living room with a single sofa bed that leads to the terrace and its views, two double bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another guest toilet.

It is very comfortable for a maximum of 5 people. It also has a community pool, WiFi included in the price. It must be taken into account that this apartment does not have air conditioning, but opening the windows brings in the Mediterranean breeze that cools the apartment.

Check In Information:

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Departure time is at 11am.

- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
